The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony offering a great view. the location, away from the crowded town, was pleasant and peaceful. the breakfast was a highlight, offering traditional South Indian cuisine in a nice and spacious dining room on the second floor. the housekeeping service, however, was a major letdown for us. the initial room we were provided with was full of dust and cobwebs, with unwashed pillow covers from previous guests. We had to complain and change rooms due to the unhygienic conditions. the staff needs to pay more attention to cleanliness to match the otherwise great experience at the resort. As a digital nomad, reliable internet and cleanliness are essential for me, and unfortunately, the cleanliness issue at Grace Munnar Resort was a big drawback. However, if the housekeeping service can be improved, this resort has the potential to be a fantastic choice for a tranquil stay amidst nature with beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations.
